Restore the Core

New Restore the Core session begins Wednesday, November 4th at the Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy in Waltham. A six week session with no class November 25th. Cost is $60 ($50 for SF members). Bring a friend and I'll knock another $5 off your cost. Please let me know if you plan on attending, since spots are filling up quickly and space is limited.
